Cottages by the Bay are the Perfect Accommodations for Group Travel

Destin Bay House is perfect for more than just weddings – it’s also a great spot for corporate meetings and events. The Bay House is a renovated 1950s home with a bay-side backdrop everyone¬†in your party will love.

If your corporate event is taking place at the Destin Bay House, we absolutely recommend staying at Cottages by the Bay. The Cottages are within walking distance of the Bay House, located just across the street. This allows more time for that early morning jog down Calhoun Avenue with the Bay by your side!

Cottages by the BayWhether you’re traveling with just a few guests or your entire team, each Cottage sleeps anywhere from 2 to 10 people. Together, the Cottages can accommodate 44 guests! Originally built as fisherman’s cottages in the 1920s, they have now been fully restored to their original beauty, reflecting the old Florida style with a touch of coastal simplicity.

Each Cottage possesses a unique name: Better Together, Family Tradition, Humble and Kind, Love Letter, Something Blue, and Peace and Tranquility. Inside, discover original knotty pine walls and hardwood floors. The home features quaint, era-inspired furnishings with luxurious upgrades in the kitchens and bathrooms. You and your team will be hard-pressed to leave once your corporate retreat is over!

After you and your team are done meeting at the Bay House, retire to the grounds of the Cottages for even more group fun. The event lawn is the perfect spot to garden games or even a little late night picnic. Everyone will love the outdoor fire pit, no matter what time of year. The outdoor television allows everyone to unwind after a long day of group fun.
